Q. How do I know that my order was received?
A. We will send you an e-mail with order received confirmation number,
so make sure to give us your correct e-mail address in your order. Send
us an e-mail if you don't receive our reply within 3 days.
Q. Do I have to pay any other service charges?
A. No, the price shown is all you pay including delivery, handling,
and the flowers.
In certain holidays of a year, flower market price in China flutuate
dramatically, price is subject to change in such situation, we will
advise you such a change before delivery if so.
Q. Can I pay my order by check or money order? and how?
A. Yes, just fill out your order form as requested, and type in "will
pay by check" on the order form at "Additional comment:"
section, then make your check or money order with your order amount
payable to: China-Gift.com, and mail it with a copy of your order to
the address show on the left column.
Q. How long will it take to deliver the flowers from time of an on-line
order?
A. We guarantee requested day delivery if your order is placed with
us one days ahead in the time zone in which your order is being delivered.
If you pay by check or money order, we can deliver your order the next
day after we receive your check or money order.
Q. What if my chosen flowers are out of season?
A.We try to display and offer flowers which are in season and are likely
to be carried by the majority of florists across the country. However,
there will be instances where a requested flower will not be available.
In these situations we substitutes that flower for a flower of equal
or higher quality and price.
Q. What if my order can not be delivered on the requested day?
A. We had many situations when recipient was not in on the day we delivered
the flowers, therefore, you are highly recommended to give us alternative
days for delivery. We guarantee our delivery or you are fully refunded.
Q. How do I use Chinese on the greeting message to the recipient?
A. We will translate your message into Chinese upon your request, simply
let us know on the order form at "Additional comment:"
Q. How do you deliver the purchased arrangement throughout the country?
A. We are affiliated with thousands of flower shops all over the country
who will ultimately receive your order information from us and they
will create and deliver your floral arrangement.
Q. Can I have flowers delivered on a Sunday or a National Holiday?
A. Some flower shops are closed on Sundays and Holidays. As a result,
delivery on Sundays and Holidays is limited. We will do our best to
find a florist that is open and can deliver your flowers, however, we
need to have a Monday or Saturday alternative for the delivery of your
flowers.
Q. How will I know if my gift was recieved?
A. We will send you an e-mail to confirm its delivery after it has been
delivered.
Q. Do you deliver flowers to any other country or area other than Mainland
China?
A. No, we only deliver flowers to area in Mainland China at this time.
Q. What if recipient is not living in the city but suburban area, can
my order be delivered?
A. We will try our best to locate a florist close to that area to deliver
your order. If, after our effor, we still could not deliver your flowers,
your greeting message will be forwarded to the recipient's address free
of charge.
Q. What is your Privacy Policy?
A. We do not sell, trade or give any of your infomation to other business
or individual.
